FAHM Technology Partners hires Pat Faiola as new Principal Architect

TORONTO, April 1, 2020 — FAHM Technology Partners (FAHM) announced today that Pat Faiola, a former technical specialist and engineer with IBM, has been named the company’s Principal Architect. The depth of knowledge and experience in development he possesses strengthens the bridge between the company’s technical and sales teams.

As Principal Architect, Faiola will collaborate with business partners and clients to construct customized accelerators and solutions. This will efficiently and securely help clients get to market on time and consistently reach objectives.

Faiola has nearly 20 years of experience working in the IT world, most recently as a key builder for IBM’s Order Management and CPQ products with a specialty in mobile applications. He wore many hats during his tenure at IBM though. Faiola started in development where his main focus was enhancing user interfaces for IBM Sterling before becoming one of the lead architects for the global giant’s Call Center and Store applications. His creativity in solving complex problems flourished once he transitioned into developing sales-driven tools. This expanded Faiola’s expertise in helping clients execute specific business needs, which he’ll play a pivotal role doing at FAHM.

Faiola has demonstrated throughout his career a proficiency in delivering outside-the-box solutions for customers. This is due to his exceptional understanding of the IBM Order Management system, leveraging its full capabilities for customization as well as valuable third-party tools. He has become a go-to resource for vendors that seek his special range of experience to design integrated OMSs and drive success.

Faiola holds a BS in Computer Science from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a certification in IBM Cloud. He will operate from his home in New Hampshire.
