TORONTO, September 2, 2020 — FAHM Technology Partners (FAHM) announced today that Mike Herder, a software and consulting executive formerly with IBM and SAP, has joined the company as a Board Advisor and Executive Strategist. His proven ability to deliver key outcomes, solve major problems and grow strategic opportunities will help FAHM streamline business objectives and navigate future hurdles.

As a Board Advisor and Executive Strategist, Herder will operate primarily within sales and marketing by leveraging software, consulting and customer expertise accumulated over two decades in the industry. In addition, he will play a pivotal role in helping expand FAHM’s customer base and consulting on significant strategic decisions.

“After admiring FAHM from afar, I’m very excited to directly contribute to the growth and success the company is enjoying,” said Herder. “I look forward to seeing first-hand the exceptional work being completed behind the scenes and am eager to be a meaningful member of the next phase of growth.”
Herder has enjoyed a decorated career thus far working in the U.S., Australia and Mexico. Prior to launching his latest endeavor, Big Ogre Advisory, Herder was most recently with IBM. During his role as Head of Worldwide Sales for Software Services, he returned the Watson Customer Engagement Lab Services Team to growth after a prolonged period of decline. Prior to that, Herder was part of the license, services sales and delivery teams for SAP. He also possesses previous experience running a consulting team and spent time as a large program leader, where he turned around a number of failed implementations, ensuring success as the better alternative to litigation.
“Not only is Mike a seasoned software executive who has worked with some of the largest brands in our business, but he has a keen ability to find solutions where limited options exist,” said Iqbal Khan, FAHM’s Managing Partner. “His experience solving complex issues with clients and partners, combined with his productive, profitable and fun attitude, will make him an important voice among our leadership group. I have no doubt our long-term forecast is significantly brighter now with Mike on board.”
Herder holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He will operate from his home in northwest Atlanta where he resides with his wife, Diana.
